Cancellation + Refunds

BAI feels privileged and proud to work within the public accounting industry and enjoys many long-term relationships based on trust and open communication.  Here are a few more details on our cancellation and refund policies:


BAIWay Membership

An onboarding BAIWay Member Firm can terminate its ClientDocs agreement at any time prior to enrolment in BAIAcademy‘s online ClientDocs courses.

Once team members are enrolled in their onboarding courses, the firm is committed to an initial 3-year term.

The Firm can terminate their membership agreement at the end of any calendar quarter after the initial 3-year term. Intent to terminate must be in writing and must be received by BAI prior to the end of the quarter of termination.

BAI can terminate the BAIWay Membership agreement at any time at its discretion. The primary criteria determining this decision will include the firm’s ongoing commitment to BAIWay ClientDocs Protocols + Policies.

Should the BAIWay Membership agreement be terminated by either party, any monies paid are forfeit to BAI.



Instructor-Led Training

Cancellation Policy

The registration fee will be refunded, in full, if written cancellation is received up to two (2) weeks prior to the course or seminar date. After this time, half the course/seminar fee will be refunded up to three (3) working days prior to the course or seminar date. The course or seminar fee is forfeit if written cancellation is not received prior to three (3) working days before the scheduled date.

There is no charge for substitutions.

Course Withdrawal / Refund Policy

BAI reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment at least two (2) weeks in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees.

If a training class is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course or to receive a full refund of registration fees.

BAI is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled.
